It’s also an eco-friendly choice! Since carbonation uses only a fraction of the water used by traditional steam cleaners, your carpets will dry much quicker – usually in just one or two hours!

If you don’t treat them quickly, pet odors can linger in your home for months. As the urine dries, millions of concentrated urine crystals left behind in your carpet and padding become more and more pungent. Unlike other companies that simply mask the odor, Upper Chesapeake Chem-Dry’s patented P.U.R.T. (Pet Urine Removal Treatment) system explodes the urine crystals and breaks down the enzymes, getting rid of the pet urine odor for good.

As a rule of thumb, industry experts recommend having your carpets clean every three to six months. If you share your home with kids, pets, or allergy sufferers, it’s especially important to clean your carpets regularly. We’re proud of the fact that that all the ingredients in Chem-Dry's primary cleaner, The Natural, are on the FDA's GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) list and safe for your carpets, home, and family. The Natural does not contain any soaps or harsh chemicals.

The factory-applied protectant most new carpets come with wears off over time. When you reapply a protectant on your carpets, they’ll resist stains and soiling to stay cleaner for longer. Protectant also slows down the aging and wearing process, which can help to extend the life of your carpets.

Our room sizes are based on 200 square feet. If any of your rooms are over 200 square feet, there may be an additional area charge.
